The CYNESA team is often invited to offer workshops in parishes as far as Witu in the Coast, and Busia in the West of Kenya, covering average distances of between 300 to 600 kilometres.
Rather than spend important programming funds to hire vehicles to carry out our mission, we’re looking to invest in a vehicle—a Toyota Landcruiser 79 series, a 4 by 4—able to transport our team members, equipment, and tree seedlings for long distances across the East African region and to remote areas with difficult road conditions.
We have already raised 15000 dollars—half of what we need!
